Translating conversations

Auto-translate turns every message in a conversation — the customer's and your own — into the language you pick, right in the conversation view.

Turning it on

  1. Open a conversation and find the Auto-translate button in the header (the globe icon).
  2. Click it and pick a language from the list, or search for one that isn't shown. Picking a language turns translation on right away.
  3. Once a language is picked, use the switch to turn translation on or off without reopening the list.

What you see

Each message is translated in place, with a brief loading skeleton while it processes.

  • Show original : reveals the untranslated text under a translated message.
  • Show quoted text : expands quoted history Voria collapsed, independent of translation.
  • Internal notes are never translated.
  • A message only needs to be translated once per language — after that it's reused instantly, even if you switch away and come back.

Plan availability

Auto-translate is available on the Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise plans. On Free, clicking the button opens an upgrade prompt instead. See Billing & usage .
