Your plan sets a monthly limit on conversations and AI drafts. Changing plans happens in Settings → Subscription, tracking and overage live in Settings → Usage. Both are Admin only.
Plans
- Free : $0/mo, 300 conversations, 250 AI drafts.
- Basic : $29/mo, 1,200 conversations, 1,500 AI drafts, adds auto-translate.
- Advanced : $99/mo, 4,000 conversations, 5,000 AI drafts.
- Enterprise : custom pricing, contact us.
Changing your plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription (Admin only).
- Click Select on the plan you want (or Get started for Free).
- Confirm the change through Shopify's billing screen.
To downgrade, click Downgrade to Free or Downgrade to Basic on your current plan, then confirm.
Tracking usage
Go to Settings → Usage to see two bars, Conversations and AI Drafts, as a percentage of your plan's limit for the current billing period. The bar turns orange at 80% used and red at 95%.
Overage billing
Hidden on the Free plan. Turn it on to keep working past your plan's limit instead of being blocked: extra conversations cost $0.08 each, extra AI drafts cost $0.02 each.
Set a Monthly cap ($) to limit what overage can cost you, 0 means no cap, up to $2,000. Click Save.
If you see Requires re-confirming your subscription to activate, you'll need to re-confirm your plan through Shopify before overage billing can turn on.
